Sarah Maiden graduated from the American College of Traditional Chinese Medicine with a Doctorate in Acupuncture and Chinese Medicine. She then volunteered for two months with the Acupuncture Relief Project, running her own remote health clinic in rural Nepal, seeing over 420 patients. At the moment, she is studying integrative acupuncture and sports medicine with the AOM Professional Certificate program. With a decade of massage therapy and energywork experience, as well as a year as a Certified Nursing Assistant in a hospital, Sarah seeks to combine Eastern and Western medicine, and physical and energetic understandings of the mind and body. Offering acupuncture, cupping, massage, energywork, and herbal consultations, Sarah creates a full package treatment.
Ashley Mechling L.AC., MSTCM, MA, is a Board Licensed Acupuncturist with a master’s degree in integral counseling psychology. She practices natural medicine using all branches of classical Chinese medicine including: acupuncture, Chinese and western herbal medicine, nutrition and lifestyle guidance, tui na massage, gua sha, cupping, moxibustion, qi gong & meditation.
Ashley’s unique approach to wellness is inspired and informed from over 20 years studying meditation, classical Yoga, Ayurveda and mind-body psychology. Aside from her rigorous and extensive training in Chinese herbal formulation, Ashley’s deep reverence for the wisdom of plant medicine prior to Chinese medicine school led her to study clinical western herbalism, Ayurvedic herbalism, and Tibetan herbal medicine.
